All parts of the equipment are warranted for one year since the date of turning over. 

After the warranty period expires, we guarantee the supply of spare parts used for repair for a minimum of five years.
When a device fails, we shall respond by phone within 2 hours after receiving notification from our clients. When the problem cannot be solved through phone or online,we shall arrive onsite within 3 days.
